Flowers Marian S. Palmer, 79, of New Cumberland, passed away on Tuesday, October 30, 2018. Marian was born in Lebanon on April 27, 1939 to the late Stephen and Phyllis (Knapp) Ninkovich. She graduated from Kutztown University with her Bachelors Degree and continued her education by achieving her Masters Degree from Penn State University. She enjoyed her teaching career at West Shore School District, eventually retiring from Fishing Creek Elementary School as a 5th Grade Primary Education teacher.
